Customs
We do have openings for select customs. Please feel free to get in contact for availability and options. Once a timeline and a basic design are agreed, a non-refunable 30% deposit is required. The completion of the design and material are covered by this. Progress shots and continuous communication are essential requirements to ensure a happy result for both parties.
Hallmarking
Please enquire as to hallmarking - any items (each separate detachable piece and not including stone weight) under 7.78g are exempt.
Return Policies
Customs are non-refundable unless item is faulty. Items purchased online can be returned or cancelled if contact with us is made within 14 days of purchase. Items must be posted back unaltered and undamaged with original packaging intact *with tracking* within 30 days. Items can be canceled within 7 days of purchase. Any issue arising due to surmised defect or flaw must be addressed within 90 days of purchase.
