Shipping policy

All purchases within the UK have free shipping. Purchases will be dispatched within 5 working days (outside of custom made items). Purchases will be dispatched with 1st class Royal Mail signed and tracked. Refunds/replacements due to delays or lost in transit items are up to the discretion of Aerum Creative. However, please do get in contact with us as soon as you deem there is an issue and we will do our best to help get it resolved.
