This completely unique one of a kind pendant necklace features a substantial turquoise oval cabochon with a Australian crystal opal doublet highlighted underneath surrounded with copper inlay. It hangs onto a rolo chain with a hand forged double clasp chain.
Cut from silver sheet, this pendant has drilled holes surrounding the stones that were lined with copper inlay. Each hole was drilled, hand filed, and fitted with a piece of copper tube. Each piece of tube was flood soldered and filed down to a smooth surface with the sterling silver sheet. The stone settings are fine 99.9% fine silver bezels and folded down around the stones by hand. Once cleaned and set, the piece has a final polish. Both clasps are hand formed, clean, and polished.
